Free Man : loss of one of his hands.

Setting a Forest fire:
Punishment: Perpetrator to be burnt alive.
SLAVES:
It is illegal to sell a slave, without the owner's permission, that is not your own.
Punishment: FreeMan is exiled
Free Woman is enslaved.
It is illegal to offer an unbranded slave in a public sale.
Punisment: First Offense: Fines
Second Offense: Larger Fine and loss of the slave to the City
Third Offense: Enslavement of the Offendor
It is illegal to sell a slave as auburn haired if she is truly not so.

It is a felony to forge or falsify pedigree papers on any slave. Such papers might include information on brand type, a number of different measurements, types of training received; a place for sales endorsements for when a girl changes hands and a remark section for miscellaneous information.
