Those seeking a city collar will have the following rp choices:

1. You were captured by the Black Slavers and sold to the City
2. You were captured by Panthers and sold to the City
3. You were A Free Force Collared for debts owed or breaking City laws
4. You were a Free begging a collar
5. You were captured in a raid or are battle spoils being sold to the City
6. You are am abandoned slave

Once you have accepted a City of Schendi collar the following rules will appy:

A. You will be provided what you need by the city
B. You will attend classes in Gor and rp offered by the City. Schendi has a set curriculum and until you have completed ALL of your classes you will attend then a
C. You will be allowed to travel with a Free in rp (If travelling OOC on Gor please let someone know,just so we do not think you are a runaway slave)
D. You MUST reside in the city kennel until you are a personal girl or have finished your classes
E. There are NO Visitors allowed in the City Kennels except the Council or other kajirae/kajirus (in their respective kennels)
F. Once you have achieved the knowledge base you will be tested and upon satisfactory testing you will recieve your red silk status and be unrestricted for use. (If you come to Schendi already trained you can request the test right away but that does NOT exclude you from classes)
G. We will help you in any and every way we can-just ask
H. You will find in the city cylinder a list of Groups with excellent information in them,That will help your rp
I. You accept that if sold or gifted into a personal collar your new owner reserves the right to change your name at THEIR expense
J. You as a city red have the right to fur but the choice of partners is yours unless ordered by a Council member. If you do not wish random furring then you must be on an errand for the city or have a set task at which you are about.


Those captured by Panthers or the Black Slavers

A. You accept that you may be sold to ANYONE if you choose this path that the group that captures you can make a deal with an individual, the City of Schendi or put on the block for sale at public auction
B. You accept that you are a slave and as such have no rights to object if your owner then or later decides to sell you


Runaways

1. Schendi follows trade agreements with other cities.
-We will hold runaways of those cities captive for 2 hands to allow their rightful owners to claim them. If they choose not to claim them then they become property of the city.
- We will have a signed and witnessed agreement with a city as regards their property running to us otherwise you are property of Schendi when captured by the guards.

2.If you were a personal girl who ran, again the above rules apply

3. If you were captured by Panthers or Slavers before reaching the Palisade walls and the Guards then you are subject to the above rules of capture.

 

Slave Papers
 

Once registered in the City Cylinder as property, you will find a template there to fill out. We will help you with this process.
All slaves be they city property, personal girls, or other must be registered in the appropriate location in the cylinder


Travelling

1. You may only travel with a Free while on Gor
2. Do NOT have kajirae in the kennels whose cities or Masters do NOT allow them to travel and no FREE in city kennels
3. There will be an OOC room for Visiting with anyone and if you request permission to travel ooc then it will be granted unless the current rp activities would prohibit it

Clothing of Slaves

1. By the Book Clothing is optional and only granted by the owner-simple camisks are worn in public at first for the girls protection to not temp a Free
2. If a Free (your owner) strips you of your clothing right as a punishment that is their choice
3. White silks will be denoted and may not be touched by any Free
4. Once you are granted red status you may wear whatever you wish, but remember to keep it pleasing and to show you off to advantage
5. Bells are mandatory
6. City girls collars are mandatory


Manumission

There will be RARE instances where a slave is granted manumission by their owner. There will be a thread in the cylinder for this and the Magistrate or Scribe must bear Witness. Manumission may NOT be declared by a slave but the FREE who owns them must grant it and THAT FREE must register it in the records.
