Wanting to become a Free of Schendi?
A person may be granted residency by any Citizen of Schendi. A formal scroll of residency should be sent to one of the council members for record.
Residents should show their residency somewhere on their card so it is clear.
As a resident a person may take an available city girl on assignment but MUST follow the rules and limitations of an assigned girl.
Residents may set up a home, business, etc within the city.

A Free seeking citizenship in Schendi shall have to have been a resident of Schendi for 6 hands and 1 passage hand (a month and a half). Once this is completed, someone not of the applicant's bloodline must stand up and elect and/or vouch for them. Then among the Free of Schendi, a popular vote shall be taken. if the votes rule in the favor of the Applicant, they may become a citizen of Schendi.
Citizens must adhere to the laws of the city, failure to do so will result in a hearing and sentencing before the Magistrate.
